  8. Hi. Thinking of your safety, you might want to upgrade your brakes also. Those rim pads wont stop you at 35mph. Keep safe buddy.

  14. Can you please explain go you made the box

  15. Dobromir Kostov April 25, 2021 @ 12:27 am

That box looks so professional. I would love to see how you actually made it from scratch. I wish I could make it for my bike.

  16. I like the 拢20 each battery monitors….. great battery box setup…. do you have to take out the batteries to charge them lol馃槈

  17. Truly the best of all. You could make an explanatory video showing how to make the actual contact between battery and battery swich medics etc etc ………… thanks from italy

  18. with the rise of 3d printing you’d expect there to be a custom battery box provider out there.

  19. Awsome!!!!!!!!!

  20. What for Materials do you use?

  21. beautiful woodworking and well thought out. congratulations

  22. Nice battery box! The only thing I don’t like about your setup is those dangerous lipo batteries and all of the wires and displays that is associated with it. Instead, why don’t you just get a lithium ion triangle battery with built in BMS and fit it inside your box? This is a great place to buy lithium ion ebike batteries and they can customize a battery pack according to your dimensions and specs. The price is awesome and their batteries are genuine Panasonic cells and includes a 4 amp high quality charger with cooling fan, XT90-S connector already installed, 1 year warranty and free shipping in the USA. Check it out.

  23. Can you send me the link for the super long balance leads? All I’ve been able to find are short ones.

  24. do you have a bike teaser?

  26. Juan Ignacio Caram April 25, 2021 @ 12:37 am

How did you mount the Disc Brake on the rare wheel ?

  27. That was satisfying to see you place your box into the frame 馃榾

  28. Why didn’t i think of separate packs like that.. i made one giant 20s4p monster brick that really limits my options 馃槄

  29. mark J woodford April 25, 2021 @ 12:39 am

What kind of wood is that?

  30. How do you stop it from getting stolen?

  31. That didn’t help me one bit. You failed to show how your box mounts in place without movement? sure the two bottle holder bolts but what else holds the triangle from moving? Zip ties.

  32. You almost to much paint on Great invention i like it . good fit batteries. This lot will run a small car many thanks

I had a battery pack at the back with the rear wheel from golden motor,, too heavy with rider,, kept breaking spokes, and wheel needing to replace them and when you break one you will then break 4 more as law of averages,, then need to replace and also straighten wheel with new spokes,, as of needing to buy new ones can only find the same crap cheap ones (ebay 10 bucks for 30) golden motor first used that keep breaking,, and buying them (possibly same) from supplier in places like Canada that want 15 bucks for 3 spokes,, highway robbery,, going to get a mid mount Bfang/Fun8 motor on new fat bike and scrap the golden motor bike as a lost cause.

One of the biggest cost is the battery pack,, doing research to see if making one is worth it as to buy ready made pack ?

  42. That box is breathtaking well done

  43. great job thanks for sharing !

  46. I found some two side adhesive rubber tape to be very useful in these batteries, I’ve even crashed on my bike scraped my knee cut my finger but that battery didn’t budge.

  47. what speed controller did you use to power the motor with 72v?

  48. Nice built
