  1. Sneaky sneaky camera..

  2. iv’e been using a rear drive 350 for over year now for food deliveries….The rear drive is very reliable and gets everyday use….6-7 days a week and 6-8 hours a day….i charge for lunch and then charge again for dinner runs and place a trash bag around the whole battery for extra measures in the rain… last week i used it in full on downpours in cold rain and performed like a sunny day..I cover the battery with a piece of yoga mat and then wrap it in a trash bag on freezing cold days, fasten with a voile straps..anyways the bafang is a great motor an recommend it..it a hard worker.

  3. BBSHD 20.000km without any problems. 馃崁

  4. i like bafang motor now. you can rebuild it yourself. parts from lunacycle in los angels. They better not screw it up.

  5. No LAYBACK BIKES.
    No Trikes .
    Why ??

  6. Thanks for the tour!
If and when Bafang launches an e bike transmission, I expect a long video comparing it to the traditional Shimano ones.

  7. smiles are banned in China

  8. I’m Using Hero Lectro Renew which equipped with Bafang.
    It’s perfect

  9. Great tour! Thanks Micah!

  10. I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t sell e bikes in my bike shop . I’ve had 2 in my shop for 6 years and everyone that comes in wanting one walks right back out after they see $1400 and $1600 price tags . Till they get into the $500-$700 price range people won’t buy them . I have one myself and have been riding it every day for 5 years no problems at all and mine is a kit hub drive from e bay 48v 1000w thst does exactly what I need it to do . I can get 40 miles per charge or I can rocket it and drain the battery in 10 miles

  11. Maybe a sort of cvt transmission, can be made quite compact?

  12. Are they repairable ? And are spares available ?

  13. Are they seriously just having a bare laser out in the open like that? While she was wearing goggles, I seriously doubt they were appropriate for laser usage.

  14. Nice setup of bafang.. thanks for showing bro

  15. I have had 4 Befang mid-drive motors and all of them the spindle which is part of the coil shatters as it can鈥檛 cope with any stress like a bit of heat. And i only used on flat roads

  16. I thought they had changed to metal gears, more durable?

  17. 賵賱賷丿 丕賱禺賷乇 December 31, 2020 @ 10:16 pm

    Get out of china now

  18. great mid-drive motors plenty of torque for going up hills I recommend you change chain every 3 months. Decent quality chains can be bought cheaply and swapped out easily with quick links. Depends if used daily just observe your chain daily for wear and lings spreading. Also check rear wheel sprocket for wear on the teeth.

  19. Well, now I can tell people that even the mid drives use nylon gears.

  20. 5:28 "Riders of just about every shape and type"
    No women.

  21. If they are not bosch they are not worth a penny, no back up simple as that

  22. I thought QS MOTORS ARE THE BEST FROM CHINA???

  23. Bafong? Never heard of that company. Maybe you better learn how to pronounce Bafang. Maybe country twang as in fang.

  24. Laser operator is not wearing the proper eye protection. Others standing nearby are wearing none at all. not good.

  25. I鈥檓 holding back I want bbshd with a integrated torque sensor like tdsz2 let them know it鈥檚 something we want 2020 plz

  26. Bafong … I thought it was Bafang

  27. Nylon gears not good. Quiet and don’t need lubrication but not as strong or long lasting as steel or bronze.

  28. This guy brings a good point. Maybe it’s time for a service grade on companies?

  29. No lubrication grease?

I don’t speak english…

  31. Cough! <sneeze> Good thing theirs no one working in the plant now huh?

  32. oh god, that laser etcher with no protective cover… their poor eyes

  33. Dang I hope you hit up the NIU and QSMotor as well! Must be a fun tour.

  34. Excellent drives. Not so excellent controllers and battery integration.

  35. made in china

  36. if it’s a clean room why are they not wearing hair nets?

  37. Karl Schleifenbaum December 31, 2020 @ 10:47 pm

My Bafang E-Bike with rear hub motor is 8 years old and besides the motor making some crackling noises it still runs like new. This Bosch and Brose sh** is just too expensive and they offer the same stuff inside with more maintenance necessary. Alwyays Bafang <3

  38. Hai I am arnel valdevieso I am a electrician and also electronics technician I want to work in your company,,,

  39. Interesting, toda

  40. Very nice video, really liked it.

Do you know of any Chinese brand electronic gear shifting system for bicycles like the one Shimano makes ?

  41. I hope that part about sneaking in and taking a peek in their lab was just some fun coordinated marketing vs actually peeking into a restricted area when you are a welcomed guest at a factory… which obviously wouldn’t be very cool

  42. The batterypack hoever is not smart charged like the Bosch version.

  43. Nice small factory.
Good for the development of electric mobility for all of us !

  44. The George Anton Show December 31, 2020 @ 10:56 pm

    Great

  45. Hi, do you know if those solder and laser particle evacuators are being filtered before ejected out into the atmosphere? Also, do you know what the track record is for labor rights abuses by the company?

  46. So easy a bafoon can ride it

  47. No information on what parts are made of.

  48. Superb

  49. That restricted area is where they dissect the Yamaha and Bosch motors. They wouldn’t want you see how they butchered these original motors.

  50. Nice video
