  1. Wish there were more people like Philip involved in cycling. We need people with his vision and support.

your channel has done wonders for my riding and perception and what I can expect out of racing /and the people

  4. I agree with what Phil said about the team, everyone is very friendly and treat you like they have known you for years even though you just met them.

    Poor plant 馃槣

  6. Those star wars posters are sick. Also, I was slightly anxious when you showed the shots of the team wagon with all the Bianchis, mainly because I thought of how much it would cost to replace them all if there was an accident.

  7. Hey just try turning off the background noise remover and the voice quality should be better, its got that weird sound at the moment

  8. Good background story mate. And, Nero Bianchi is a great looking team with a commendable approach to Bike racing especially with Blokes like Phillps eh? The ‘Thinker’ He’s gold. y’all gold. Come to Perth. Be a pleasure to show you around. Regards, Slick Moggy

Miss those companies. Say hello to Leigh. Can’t wait to see his bartape wrapping skills. Haha

  10. So how does the team make money? Or is it just a given you’ll burn through all the sponsor cash?

  11. Agree with the whole return on investment view. I’ve always believed that if you have a sponsor, you have an obligation to do direct interaction with or for them rather than just take the money and send back the odd race result sheet. Group rides, appear in their promo material/events, turn up at their office so the employees can meet you etc. Seems very few clubs/teams share that view.
