The La Moto Volante from French company Lazareth demonstrated its first stable hover. NASA’s helicopter that will fly on Mars has passed its flight tests. And Boston Dynamics’ upgraded Handle robot is a champ at warehouse Tetris.

Can the makers of flying vehicles please make them all 100% driverless. Humans are NOT capable of driving safely in 3 dimensions. Planes don’t count as they are are on special flight paths, while personal flight vehicles PFVs, will be to go anywhere in a city. As such normal humans won’t be able to handle that, like in films. Just fully automate the take off, flying and landing. GPS works great these days, coupled with vision AI.
im proud of your buisness, geat job….
Imagine a crash happening on that

Faa will make this bike unattainable for anyone other than millionaires and billionaires.
Those robots scare me

Even though it looks like it may work, this isn’t the time for these types of vehicles. There’s other technology that is far better suited for this application but unfortunately is still a ways out. Acoustic levitation and high thrust ion drives is the future for this dream of personal hover vehicles. Both would be much safer than turbines or propellers.
I’m going to make my own and f the government I’m going to ride it like I stole it
Time Machine is close
Why is it up to the FAA? Isn’t the bike flying low enough to avoid FAA intervention?
What it the engine dies ? Is just gonna be like small private plane ?

gees drop the boxes any higher mate? if you take jobs away from people dont wreck the produce you amateur
That flying motorcycle is what happens when some old dude forgets to take his medication, don’t make any sense why someone would use jet cat engines while adding so much unnecessary weight. Just like a drone if it doesn’t have more than a 3 to 1 power ratio it’s completely unstable and flies like a pig always crashing because it cannot recover from even minor attitude changes…
Well I guess it isn’t fake if it is on CNET
After seeing this I have to say I want a flying bike instead of a car. That’s so cool.
A flying motorcycle seems more feasible than a flying car
