Hi ben schmanke I’ve been enjoying your videos which have steered me towards getting a GoPro instead of a cheaper alternative like Akaso and have been learning as I go I just reviewed a cheap eBay Accessory kit and wondered if you get a chance could check it out maybe give some tips no worries if not big ask and I’m sure you got loads of messages and requests everyday

Great review! Segway needs to building one that’s more budget friendly or at least priced to compete with a gas scooter. I would much rather have one of these than a Chinese import gas scooter, but the price difference makes it too difficult to justify.
How tall are you? At 6’3”, will it just be way too small for me? I’m reasonably thin-ish. Thanks…
Where I live, the law says escooters can go anywhere a bike can also on bike trails. Can I ride this on bike trail also? Anybody know?
I really wish the base speed for these were 30 mph instead of 20. I want a little more power out of these cause I want to zip around a bit more but I really love everything about this! The colors are really awesome! If it went faster I would try to get one 🙂
I can go 20mph on a pair of roller skates. Nice bike, great features, but it’s too slow for the price
Anyone young enough to appreciate a 20 mph top speed is young enough to pedal a bicycle, and get some exercise.
My electric unicycle goes over 40 mph, and I can easily carry it up stairs.
This falls into the category of why bother.

What do you do when you get a flat? I really want to get this but my concern is who do you go to if there’s a problem I live in Miami Florida and some bike shops work on electric bikes but this one might be pushing the limits for some of them, and what happens if there is a motor failure or you get an error problem like a lot of their scooters did in the beginning I had one and it was a nightmare to deal with I can’t imagine trying to ship this back anywhere
Looks small, be ok for a small lighter person
Not worth it for $2,000 not enough power or speed.

Great video.. looks fantastic.. I love the Honda Spree because of the size and this Segway looks very similar.. the Spree only weighs 85lbs which much be lighter than the Segway. And yeah if you could get 25mph possibly by a firmware update it would be about as fast as one.

So many cons to this thing. Can’t fold it to put in the car, can’t take to the apartment it’s too heavy, Struggles to go uphill.

Hilarious… this e-Moped costs 1/3 the price in China. And most people opt for the cheapest model as you can mod the batteries to go further which you cant for the higher models.

honestly segway is actually making some good stuff recently. kinda weird to think they started out making well segways and now they have made, electric mountain bikes/dirtbikes, go-karts, scooters, and now mopeds. also very good review good job ben 🙂
also for the segway dirt-ebike apparently it was not as good as it looks. seen some reviews on it and it’s pretty much just a rebranded underpowered surron. i would not recommend getting one, but I do want to see you do a review on it. i honestly think that you would like it.
