  11. You have to be PRETTY foolish not to wear gloves when you ride a bike! Your hands are the first things to try to break the fall!! Then, when your hands are fucked up,you can’t do anything!!

Weird. When I do indoor, I’m so focused, I don’t struggle at all with the trainer. Outside … lots of distractions. Cars, kids, wind, sounds.

  14. I like to Use A mirror when cycling on my own to catch a glimpse what’s behind what type would you recommend

  15. I had a crash two weeks ago, I was riding along happy as larry, the next split second I was on the deck. It’s similar when I had a motor bike crash. So no, in my experience, for me, I have no time to think about doing anything, I just hit the deck and wait for the pain to kick in.

  16. Why the hell are you so obsessed with socks and games?
If you’re worried about your socks then you really do just need to get out and ride more

  17. Wearing gloves is a must…how else am I to wipe my runny nose in the cold?

  32. Nicholas Sorensen January 1, 2021 @ 10:54 pm

I was going pretty fast down some trails when I hit an obstacle and got flung across to the other side. I actually had enough time to remember to tuck and roll as to not injure myself too much. It’s crazy what adrenaline can do

  33. Gloves? It’s all about avoiding the "snow paws" tan lines

  34. John michael Legaspi January 1, 2021 @ 10:56 pm

  41. Joseph Cabalquinto January 1, 2021 @ 11:05 pm

It’s actually a good idea knowing how to crash, or in martial arts, how to fall or take a throw. It’s definitely something that a person would need to learn and practice since it’s an unnatural body reaction.

  42. My palms get sweaty immediately and gloves keep me in control esp on drop bars

  43. I studied how to crash from skateboard videos on crashing and it saved me when I crashed at 30 mph.

  44. #torqueback Just got my first bike and want to know how I can improve my stamina. I tire easily. Any helpful tips guys?
