Great vid as usual. I am looking for an e-bike and this info will be helpful. Regarding your Escape, first thing I noticed was that you need to raise the seat to be more efficient at peddling. Your leg should be almost straight at the bottom of the peddling stroke. The seat looks fixed. Also, why can’t you ride on streets of Las Vegas? No designated bike lanes or adequate road shoulder space? Licensing like vehicles? The hitch and platform bicycle rack you showed will be ideal for that heavy bike. It’s the style I use for my non electric bikes and new e-bike when I get it. After watching this vid, I must look closer at the Xion. Thank you.
Ne d ebikes with "standard battery packs". So they are useable when range diminishes in two years of cycling and manufacture is gone or no longer offers replacements
The recon shape, impressed me the most
I like the moped style, i need speed to about 35 to 38 mph because the streets are 35 mph and riding on that road is a hazard to the bicyclists. I like the big head light and big seat for comfort, but they need more miles on a charge. At least 200 mile per charge.

Don’t know why they keep using knobby tires on ebikes for city riding. I own a fat tire ebike, and there just aren’t a lot of places to buy street tires for my bike.
I am a little shocked by prices. At those prices would be tempted to by conventional gas trail bike
