  2. Marciano Demidof March 15, 2021 @ 10:10 pm

That is a good looking fun-bike. And it’s not wallet breaker also. Great review 👍. Happy riding everybody ✌.

  3. Hey folks. Is anyone out there able to come up with a fast charge system for an ebike that is mobile? DC to DC. Would it charge faster? Seems like carrying an extra battery is heavy and expensive. Love to hear a podcast on “ mobile charging” thanks. Scott

  4. Does it come with the Tesla key chain?

is not what u think brand, ok,, some called ninja,, i just ordered other brand,, all same bike,, i had another bike,,, brand all put own stickers on them, ok,, every company claim theres, not, they just buyer and put own stickers on them but all made china wholesale

  13. I got the cable actuated hydraulic calipers on 203mm Floating rotors great stopping power.

  14. NEED to cover the reliability of the BAFANG motor! just saying "it’s popular" does not address quality or likelihood of needing repairs. Court is close to Sam – surely he would know how often these made-in-china motors break. SO TELL US!

  15. its called a rear swing arm

    🎼 We are DEVO. D-E-V-O 🎵🎶

  17. Since when does more rubber wear faster… the only thing making rubber wear faster is the softness of the compound… and typically, soft means better grip, but faster wear.

  18. Trying to reach BPM, I bought 2 bikes and have been trying to get help since April to get a seat post that fits. I just called again and the message said for best support to send an email. I email and you ask me to call.

Do you realize that is an endless loop?

  19. Looks a lot like the Addmotor Motan e bike.

  20. Am I looking in the wrong spot? Website says 2,300.

  21. Can you get fenders for it,yes I’m old I said it 🧐

  22. Thanks for the review! Can you recommend a bike that will handle 350 lb? I’m looking for an electric bike to help me lose some weight without having to sell my home to purchase it. Thank you!

  23. Does the key have to stay in as you ride??

  24. Over50 Adventures March 15, 2021 @ 10:31 pm

    Very thorough review, thank you.

  25. I own this bike and I LOVE it, but for the life of me can’t figure out what causes that annoying squeak going over bumps which is very apparent from 19:19 onward in your video. It’s much louder in person obviously but you can distinctly hear it in the video. I’ve sprayed the rear shock with lubricant, sprayed up the pivot points back there, still does it. Any ideas what is causing that?

  26. I bought one of this from BPM over two years ago and I do like is as my first entry ebike! The business located in Las Vegas has been very responsive and its technician who I would praise highly, has been extremely informative and helpful!
    – – –
I had to replace first the controller and then the motor so I would say I do have some experience with this bike! For some reason, after I rode home one day, the motor would turn BACKWARD when I throttled! Extremely strange and even the BPM technician commented that he never experienced such. I was mailed a replacement controller as it was relatively easy to swap, especially with the technician on the phone prompting me along the way much of the time! Unfortunately, it was not an issue of the controller as motor would still turn backward when I applied speed. I bought and replaced a motor from BPM and the bike function just fine after. That said something about the bike but the support service from BPM was excellent!

As my first ebike, I do not know if the following issue applies to other ebikes too but from time to time, the tiny speed inhibitor strapped onto the left swing arm just before the motor would issue an error message 25! The tech recommended that I lightly tug on the lower section of the brake cable between the inhibitor and the rear brake a few times and also apply some sort of lubricant onto the cable coming out of the inhibitor and thus far, this has solved my error 25 issue. I also wrapped a small piece of rubber around the bare metal inhibitor with small tie straps as it was strapped onto and rubbed against the painted swing arm, to prevent it from further scratching the paint.

Now for pros and cons from my personal experience with this bike…
    PRO
For a 750w motor bike, it has power and I could usually sped at near 25mph on bike trails. it COMMANDS attention because of its unique frame design and I was always asked about it! The fat tires and full suspension makes for relatively smooth, comfortable ride and handled minor bumps easily. The LCD display has a USB jack on the bottom for me to plug my cel phone via a short cable on a cel phone holder.
    CON
This is an extremely heavy bike and as an experienced mountain bike rider with Sea Otter Classic experience, this is strictly a commuter bike that could handle rough trail surfaces because of the knobby fat tires. I would not care to take this off onto single tracks that needed more nimble handling and lighter weight for minor air! And as all the components were of pedestrian entry quality, I wouldn’t trust them to be able to take the punishing! Even setting at the stiffest setting, I have more than bottomed out with the coil spring rear suspension simply by going down curb hard; the front fork was also very soft as it bottom out easily too. While with my past mountain bikes, I could pedal and keep my hands off the handle bar ever so briefly as to judge the tracking of the bike travel but with this bike, I wouldn’t dare to do so as the frame geometry makes it unstable if I just let go of the handle bar.
    – – –
The LCD cockpit display was too elementary as it doesn’t even stay lite for nighttime riding and it would only stay lite if I held down the light button. I was also hoping for a clock just so I don’t have to take out my cel phone to check time. There are minimum programming available on the bare display aside from wheel size, m/km, immediate/delay throttle response, etc. Because of the heavy fat tires, the mechanical disc brakes wore out really fast due mainly because they needed to stop this heavy, relatively fast bike! I replaced the brake pads twice already, almost a new set per year. The ebike key IS located in a very bad position as my left knee would bump into it and definitely so whenever I needed to get off the bike and scoot forward. I have bend and broke one key and rely on the backup key of the set now… I am not sure I could get replacement keys matching to my battery from BPM. I discarded the extremely weak headlight and replaced with a couple of rechargeable handler bar mounted inexpensive CREED headlights off Amazon. The frame mounted kickstand is located directly below the crank and if I forget to rotate my pedals ABOVE and in front of the kickstand when I lower it, I would have a hard time retracting the kickstand to the up position; also when when retracted, the adjustable rubber kickstand foot was but about a quarter of an inch from the rear tire and I often found it rubbing against the tire unless I check before I start riding.
    – – –
As the overall bike is black, I purchased a package of 3M BLACK reflective sheets (again from Amazon) and applied it onto the battery case and frame for better visibility in low lights and evening while still looked stealthy black during the day as the tape pretty much match the paint.
This is an entry level, budget ebike with sex appeal. I have high praise for BPM for its speedy shipping and continued tech support though I would spend more money for a higher quality ebike as a replacement in the near future.

  27. does that ball flonder motor put out for longer paddle asst rides or is it kinda the same battery length all the time so for instance 30mil before 4-6 hour charge or is there away to get 60mil out of it and can you solar charge the battery

  28. You mentioned about the top speed of 25mph. Is that with pedal-assist or just by throttle?

  29. Steve St. martin March 15, 2021 @ 10:37 pm

Is this bike better then the Rad electric bike?

  30. Anyone know where to get replacement keys for these bikes, mine only came with 1 key and i am told i need a blank key to copy it (i live in the UK.)

  31. this is honsetly the only bike that i would pay full price, the body frame looks soo wild

  32. Thought it was a DEVO video at first , cool helmet.
Mod design on the bike too

  33. Kaywood Parsons March 15, 2021 @ 10:43 pm

probably would upgrade the suspension and remove those walmart ones

  34. Bike is nice……but but very noisy because you can hear plastic battery box squeaking. I hate that sound. Cool design.

  35. I got the same bike I love it but I’m going to get something faster.

  36. The two arms holding the rear wheel and shock is called a Swing Arm in motorcycle terminology. This is a typical Mono Shock suspension system.

  37. can u able to make a video about NUBIKE?

  38. What settings is strongest for going uphill?

  39. Stop waving your fjuckin hands around in the video…So Distracting

  40. Went up in price 500 dollars. Was al excited… Now Im like, NEXT

  41. Any idea what brand chainring this bike has?

  42. What kind of upgrades can you do on this bike?

  43. Where do you review your bikes? I would ride there…

  44. Having a required key to operate the bike is a deal breaker for me, especially where it’s positioned. Makes no sense.

  45. Anthony Shillingford March 15, 2021 @ 11:04 pm

Oh dear Lord, that looks like something that would ooze out the exit door of Wal-Mart.

  46. I have 2 of their bikes, an F-15RS and an F-15RZ. No issues with the first and Ben gave me great support. However I no longer recommend any BPM bikes after David is responding to customer issues and did not immediately address an issue where the seat-post seems to be the wrong size by suggesting I wanted to long to contact BPM even though I did and my wife who rides that bike was well within the warranty period when she reached out to BPM and so was I months later when she did not receive any help. I can’t recommend BPM bikes any longer when they failed to take care of a repeat customer.

  47. what type of throttle do you prefer?

  48. I’ve had this same bike for two years now and I still love riding it more than my other bikes. I’ve put over 4100 miles on it so far without a single problem. When I got it I had the bike shop change the tires to ones less noisy and had tire liners and slime added, I live in the desert, and changed the handlebar stem to an adjustable one so I could raise it higher. Put on a seat post suspension and cushy saddle, front fender and seat post rack. Drop the tire pressure to 14 lbs. and it will float over anything. Great ground clearance also. On the downside, tall standover height and heavy but it rides like a dream.

  49. Spend another 1000 and get something good

  50. Old Man Fat Bike March 15, 2021 @ 11:08 pm

Kinda cool looking, thanks for the review!!
