Ebike battery box construction Part 1
In this video I discover the bag I used previously is too small for my new battery, so I throw a strop, chuck the toys out of the pram, avoid the ricocheting dummy and build a frame to hold the battery, controller and accessories.

It’s been a while since I’ve worked on my ebike, but it looks like my battery box will be pretty similar to yours. I’ll even have a 12V adapter to run a few accessories. 馃檪

Good work Ali. I think I’d replace the standard cap bolts for the water bottle boss, with button head cap bolt, simply to eliminate the possibility of the cap heads denting the cell over time.
