  4. It’s hard to believe Gilligans island was on TV almost 60 years ago

  5. I am so disappointed that CBS Sunday morning did not acknowledge the death of Shabadoo the legendary break dancer passed away 😢.

  6. MF Doom.. what, no mention of learning about MF Doom passing back in October? Come on. Who tf are the McGuirre Sisters? MF Doom died and CBS Sunday Morning makes no mention of the hip-hop rap icon! Lame af.

  7. Wow! Not many celebrity deaths this past year! Must be ‘cos they are all staying indoors, so no car, boat, plane accidents, etc!

  8. Grow up on reruns of Gilligan’s Island

  9. Mary Anne rip

  10. So….. Mary Ann finally got off the island

  11. Trump has went too far. Herman Cain death was one thing. He bought a ticket, but killing Maryann is going too far.

  12. It’s kind of a shame that it took her passing for many of us to " catch up " with Ms Wells. Aside from not knowing she had a pretty full career acting on stage…starting at about the age of 6, I found an interview yesterday (January 3rd, 2021) where she let it sort of " leak out " (as the interviewer never asked) that Ms Wells had no children and thus no grandchildren. She seemed even a bit wistful when she mentioned it. Imagine Mary Ann as your Grannie.
As another commenter on another video said: Ms Wells, was she playing Mary Ann or was Mary Ann playing Ms Wells?
    A truly wonderful woman.

  13. This Covid virus is not just taking our people of America lives, it’s taking our history too. 🇺🇸

  14. Well since CBS did not acknowledge the passing of Charlie Daniels, I am not surprised they missed Alto Reed, Sax player for Bob Seger And The Silver Bullet band since 1971.

  15. Tina Louise is the only castaway still alive..

  16. Puke

  17. China took Maryanne from us. Time to take China to the woodshed.

  18. That was clickbait I care about Marianne not some fashion billionaire that never did a thing for anybody

  19. GOING TO MISS THE SINGING OF THE MAGUIRE SISTERS AND THE SASSY SPIRIT OF DAWN WELLS

  20. Where is the old interview of Dawn Wells? I would like to see it again.

  21. Time will move on, with or without us.

  22. I appreciate it these memorials. They bring back so many memories. Enjoyed the harmony of the McQuire Sisters so much growing up as a child if the 50s and 60s. Would watch them with my parents who were not fansof rock and roll. (I was.) Also learning that Dawn Wells had passed was another tug at the ❤️. Thank you.

  23. I was Definitely a Mary Ann Man. Wink Wink.

  24. Aww, Dawn/ Mary Ann. She gave us hope! So sorry to her family for the loss of Dawn " Mary Ann"!!! R.I.P. May God help us all! WE NEED A REVIVAL OF GENUINE HOPE!

  25. The Verbally Abusive Clown January 9, 2021 @ 10:57 pm

  28. Hard to believe the passing of Dawn Wells (every boy my age had a crush on her in the 1960s); thank you Jane Pauley & CBS Sunday Morning, always doing these with kindness & class

  29. I love this channel because it’s so… DARK 🌑

  30. 1:55 I missed it the first time…just saw it as a quick response. Then it hit me.
She is pretty sharp to be in her late seventies and come up with a TV joke like that.

  31. Thank you. For the departed & friends & family. "O my Lord!" "dispel their sorrows, and change their darkness into light. Cause them to enter the garden of happiness, cleanse them with the most pure water, and grant them to behold Thy splendors on the loftiest mount." ~ Baha’i Faith

  32. My very first designer handbag was a Pierre Cardin👜 It was only $100. My how prices have changed over the years.

  33. With due respect, who actually WORE those awful things?
Love Gilligan’s Island. Sad she died from the Trump virus
The McGuires had great harmony. "May you Always" is a favorite song of mine.

  34. Phyllis McGuire died in her opulent 25,000 square foot Las Vegas home…how sad…not!!

  35. Robert Cavalluzzi January 9, 2021 @ 11:14 pm

We all grew up with dawn wells but she will always Maryann rip dawen

  36. so sad you are owned by pharma– miss the truth ful news here before jane P came on

  37. Dawn Wells sure seemed to be a genuinely nice lady.

  38. Such great losses but what bothers me the most is the loss of Dawn Wells to Covid. Once again we can blame Trump & Pence for her death along with the death of over 330,000 precious souls.

  39. Yes, there was Ginger, but there will always be Mary Ann. Thank you, Dawn Wells.

  40. Nathanael Segura January 9, 2021 @ 11:19 pm

We have to acknowledge that we gonna die one day and accept JESUS CHRIST Today!!!
Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire. Revelation 20: 11-15

  43. The Death of Sir Dave “Darth Vader” Prowse this 2020 hit me hardest. Now there are only 3 cast members who acted in starring roles on set of Star Wars A New Hope, left alive. Han, Luke, C3PO.
James Earl Jones is still with us. But he never was filmed on set.

  44. There were four more people that CBS TV News’ "Sunday Morning Show"didn’t mention in their passing segment:Bev Bergeron(Who was "Rebo The Clown"on "The Magic Land Of Alakzam" and "Mark Wilson’s Magic Circus"),"The Amazing Randi"(I know that he was mentioned on an early show..a few weeks ago..but? he should have been mentioned on this special New Year’s program),Bill Britten(WABC TV Ch.7 NYC’s"Johnny Jellybean"on "Time For Fun",The third host/performer of WABD/WNEW TV Ch.5 NYC’s"Wonderama","The Looney Tunes Show" and "Bugs Bunny Presents" and WPIX TV Ch.11 NYC’s"Bozo The Clown")and Hugh Downs(Radio /tv broadcaster/newsman and one of the hosts of’Today" and "20/20")they should have gotten their due on this program..but? they were forgotten.

  45. Break From The Herd January 9, 2021 @ 11:21 pm
