SIMPLE ELECTRIC BIKE PROJECT BUILT FROM RAZOR SCOOTER. EASY E-BIKE BUILD IN ONE DAY FROM GARAGE SALE FINDS. TURN THAT OUTGROWN SCOOTER INTO AN ELECTRIC BIKE.
how fast will it go, i have an e300 and been wondering how to use the parts for my diy ebike, very cool project and no welding 馃檪 thanks for sharing your genius :):)
FATASTIC VIDEO, Gonna do mine, the only problem: There is no charger for the system . but all works fine. Ill try and make a video and put it up. INSPIRED!
It goes about as fast as the scooter unless you change the sprockets . This conversion is not super fast but it beats Pedaling. The conversions I did would go about 10-15 mph with the stock scooter setups. I never tried using the 300 frame and wheel because I felt it was a little heavy. If you want to try it I would use a really heavy hinge and maybe 3 u bolts. You would have to turn the scooter frame upside down because of the rear freewheel sprocket. You could then leave the polarity running to the motor the same as it was on the scooter. Make sure you have your seat post tight! I’ve run the e250 setup 10-12 miles on a charge with little pedaling. I like the belt drive scooters because their quieter and smoother. I’ve had a lot of fun riding this bike. If you run out of charge you can just unhook the springs, lift the motor and ride it like a regular bike. I’m working on a video showing a bike I just built for $12.00 with a road test. I’m also going to show road tests of a couple other electric bike projects I’ve been working on.
A better place for that tiny eWheel, is between the front & rear wheels.
Let it propel the bike forward by gripping the road.
That way you can get rid of any gearing
and run the motor at a much higher rpm,
which is more efficient.
Plus it won’t wear out your tire as fast.
I made one like this too. I left the frame intact the full length sawed the front fork yoke off at the weld and used a large step drill to make a large 1" hole where the whole thing slides onto the seat pole. Added two side braces and no springs needed. The battery box is where it was on the scooter and the cover still fits. Also to reverse the wires just use a tiny flat screwdriver to push in near the connectors and they will release so you can reverse them at the motor wires. I also converted to ryobi batteries that remove to be charged. Thank you for the inspiration.
I’m planning on making one, Instead of springs holding it down on tyre Im leaving one of the bars on the side, extending it which will act as a pivot to lift the motor off when not using it. It will lock on to a u clamp on the bikes cross frame
Awesome concept where can I get all the parts needed for this project & is it compatible with a mountain bike with disc brakes also if I need to go a little bit faster how can I get more speed if I need it??
Which razor wheel type works best ,I have the razor chopper,I have several 300s 150 stand on scooters,a couple have three wide tir3,and a couple have the thinner less wide tires like the one around 11.35 in your video.li even have couple of rax9r me 650 electric dirtbike…
I think the dirt bike is 36 volt….,what do you th
Ink about 24v?36?!volt…. which would be prefered.?great video
This is a really great electric bike share4.photo/ebicycle?袥 I paid extra to have a bike store check it over after I鈥檇 assembled it, and I鈥檝e gradually upgraded the seat, tires, derailleur and added new lights, etc. But this is a great price for a good bike that gets you where you want to go. Battery range is excellent and the fact you can remove it to charge is convenient. I would recommend this bike for anyone looking to start with a solid, reliable electric bike.
I have a buddy who engineered a very similar setup with the back of a gas powered scooter on a cannondale mountain bike. Only bad thing is tire slippage when they get wet. He also made it to where the scooter tire could be raised from the bicycle tire and it could be rode like a normal bicycle. Awesome idea and video!
HOMELESS/(64 years old)….. need something i can walk alongside (my bicycle & trailer-cart) to get up into the forest/hills at night to sleep. THANK YOU!
The E100 would probably not work very well unless it was for a small person on a light bike. The E150 was not very powerful when I used it. The 150 did work, but I had the best luck with the E200-E250. They performed quite well and had the best run time.
Very nice project

Good, I also made my ebike few yrs ago. Look at my ebike.

I LIKE IT! Gotta find an old Razor, I have plenty of bikes. Problem is, I have a need for speed!

die 脺bersetzung wird wohl nur f眉r eine Geschwindigkeit von 15 KM/H ausreichen
It will not exceed the scooter speed

Think about it the bike wheel would spin backwards
Don鈥檛 die that鈥檚 insane power
it may cut your fingers.
nunca corristes la bicicleta eso no funciona porqueria
that is good idea to make e bike
or you could ride it..
Great ! Thanks.I’ve had a couple 125’s and thought of using them for this. Now I can see easiest way.

An entire video and no riding demo?

hi, how do you control the speed ?
I have a Schwinn Loop 20 inch folding bike hum…
HOW COME NOBODY RIDES IT. subscribe 8) alldaybikes247
I like
the music is very high !!!
Maybe you can give the structure and the plans please …. The most faster please
why use friction when you can just put a chain directly on the motor
i need to figure out how to use the motor with an front tire to jus produce electric i have a gas engine on the bike allready
it is a nightmare!
the brilliant part is the sheer simplicity, no one has an excuse not to build one.. nice
How many kg load it’s lift
Do you think a Razor E100 would be strong enough for the job?
where do you buy the fucken parts, and it would have been better a fucken person explaining each step by step proceeders!

Tech Porn at its best! Innovation powers the USA!
Where can I buy the adapter clamps with screws etc ?
muy bien
how fast can you go with that setup? I have seen many electric bike builds and I have never seen this before.

Great video, thanks for sharing. You have inspired me to give it a go using old scooters. Liked and subscribed.
