I also have the ortlieb panniers on my bike and I would like to advice you to protect the lower end of the rear frame against the scratching these bags cause in time.

nice video. Congratuation with your bike. Small remake – you can best put some ‘duke tape’ around the back rack, where you wanne hang the sacks. First no issue but after a while the back packs will grip into the back rack.Succes
