Whats the deal about that "sound check"?? Dont get it. I want my bike as quiet as possible.

  2. Having watched some videos about pro bikes on other YT Channels, I have to say: Not only is the brick the best pro bike presenter on GCN, he simply is the best there is. Looking forward to more!

  3. just realized that FSA’s WE groupset was supposed to be used by direct energie, and that it would be available to purchase spring of 2017. now it’s august and it still isn’t happening. was FSA WE just a giant hoax??

  4. Was wondering what those pared down bikes being ridden by Direct Energie were. One of my favourite bikes you guys have shown. Love the simplicity.

  5. Very basic and simple, one of my favorites

  6. Wow, VT is old fashion

  7. Any images/video of how the Di2 cable enters the frame in the top tube? It’s supposed to enter via the down tube so the mechanic must have drilled or modified the top tube entry. I want to put mine there too.

  8. At last…finaly you guys reviewed a bike thats not Pinarello or Specialized…
Keep up and look for the BH aero frame G7!

  9. Old school set-up, old school attitude, who needs 12-32 when all you need is a 11-25 in the high mountains!

  10. he’s gonna cramp anytime soon now 😉

  11. Bad pronunciation of Voeckler …

  12. Cornelius Maximilianus November 27, 2020 @ 8:07 pm

    he is Forest Gump

  13. Excellent climbing machine, wise setup.

  14. Andrey Amador Bike! Please

  15. This bike really is a refreshing change within the peloton, liked how the facts and figures were presented at the end. I have to agree with others Toms the lad when it comes to presenting these rides. Interesting cool build!

  16. glad to see other brands that have never been mentioned before (^_^)

  17. old skool

  18. Running with Marc November 27, 2020 @ 8:13 pm

Great bike, and great video from Lasty

  19. GEORGIOS PAPASOTIRIOU November 27, 2020 @ 8:15 pm

why not focus on the bike tech, and not on bike colour?

  20. Strange there seems to be a lot of people that like this one but for me it’s the dullest and most randomly Spec’d least integrated bike on the tour… each to their own I suppose!

  21. Seoirse MacBhroin November 27, 2020 @ 8:15 pm

Dan’s blue Canyon is the best looking bike I’ve seen on #GCN

  22. Would be interesting to compare Lilian Calemejane’s BH. Veteran rider vs youngster. I like seeing bikes from Continental teams, what about a Wanty Cube ?

  23. Just bought an Ultralight yesterday with this exact same paint job… It looks even more stunning in real life. Recognizable from miles away, especially when mine is the only one with this paint job in my town!

  24. No power meter? It’s amazing he can stay upright! /sarcasm off

  25. Is it creaking like usual FSA crankset and bottom bracket?

  26. Why do they use sand paper in the front derailleur?

  27. close up of those wheels, unless its camera distort, the braking track looks awfully inconsistent.

  28. why would a loud freehub be a good thing?

  29. Voeckler is such a king, riding a 39-25, not like these other twats.

  30. Lasty is so white that is messing with the camera’s color balance

  31. Düsseldorfつくば November 27, 2020 @ 8:27 pm

I just hate those loud freehubs. I don`t want my bike to make any noises. The more silent it gets, the "cleaner" the bike is feeling.

  32. Lastly has definitely improved as a presenter! But still white as ever😂😂

  33. 👍🏻🚴🏻‍♀️

  34. Really interesting video, guys! Normally these pro bike videos are very formulaic, with just a few unique bits here and there. This video is a nuanced portrait of an interesting bike. You can tell something about a rider from their bike, and judging from that I think I’d get along well with this Voeckler fellow.

  35. The Lone Sculler November 27, 2020 @ 8:30 pm

    Mmmmmmmmm… ORANGE!!!

  36. Pelao Fernández November 27, 2020 @ 8:30 pm

    Love the free hub sound

  37. voeckler’s power meter is his face

  39. You give all the specs EXCEPT frame size. What’s the frame size?

  40. grip tape on the front mech, is the new dura ace groupset still having some issues!?

  41. Timothy Leonard Pugal November 27, 2020 @ 8:35 pm

finally! you guys featured a BH bike!

  42. Best bike in tour!

  43. Great show but please work on your pronounciation of non english names and places. Do your research and at least try.

  44. طوماس فوكلير واعر

  45. Well done Lasty.

  46. I’ve been captivated by this bike all tour, well, maybe not this particular bike, but the BH bikes of Direct Energie. I love the block look and gloss.

  47. You don t talk about his beautiful chrome bike ?!

  48. bike is beautiful!

  49. I’d be so upset to be a pro and have to ride that

  50. Nice, but how much $ ?
