These bikes were good but that bad thing about this bike was that it died in 2 bars another thing you can’t ride these bikes when it’s very hot because the battery will explode and you can’t ride it in the rain either since the battery is exposed.
With a portable folding ebike you don’t need to get sweaty going from the train/bus stop to your final destination. Great solution!
Can the battery be replaced?
My local pawn shop has a large black electric bike that originally sold for $2800 or so they are going to sell it for 2k. Forget the make started with an "M" iirc. Looks like a commuter type bike.
I wonder how much range you can get with that little battery. I made a 1000 watt ebike with a homemade 30ah 48 volt pack and it gets about 60 miles range with no peddling.
How heavy is it?
